When a bartender can't give you even the slightest eye contact they should never expect to receive a tip from a patron. The two women who were serving us were incredibly disrespectful and should not be in this profession. Asking for drinks was addressed by side eye glances, rolled eyes, and smacking of the mouth. The bartenders at this resort are some of the worst I have experienced in my life. You have to pay for drinks at this casino which is a horrible rule being that every other casino in Colorado gives you free drinks if you are at least putting money in their machines. We also had to ask to put our bags in a secure area so that we may use the facilities at the resort, something that should be offered if you are not able to check in early.
We were told the room would not be ready even though we did not see a single other person walk in to stay at the resort. Most places that have 4 floors of rooms will allow you to check in early especially if there is almost no one at the resort. My partner and I came from 5 hours away and arrived at 2 with the check-in time being at 3. Unfortunately, taking your first step in you are greeted with a very rude group of check in personnel.
From the outside looking in you would imagine this Casino to be great, filled with an immense opportunity for a great time.
